Onsite Service Call
ACT responds to both in-house and onsite service calls. We understand that our Customers equipment is indeed important to them. However it can be quite challenging to get some of these equipment to our Service Centre. With that in mind, ACT has devised an affordable way to provide its ‘on-site’ service to its customers, where our technicians will now visit their locations.
Onsite services are billed at a fee for the first 30 minutes and a flat per hour fee thereafter.
