Service Maintenance Contract
ACT provides Maintenance Service Contracts for UPS (s), Printers and other IT equipment. We offer Service Contracts that include Emergency Services 24 /7 for your UPS and Battery equipment. Items forming part of the contact include: –
- Hardware Maintenance & Services provided
- ACT’s Obligations
- Customer’s Responsibility
o Keep and operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturers’ Operating manual Parts
- Parts and Consumables
o ACT will at its best effort source and supply replacement spare parts needed for the repair of units covered by this agreement.
- We will clean units from dust built-up; provide detailed reports after each visit, be it scheduled or call out.
