ACT Service Center
Antigua Computer Technology recognizes that the delivery of top quality products and services require staff that are knowledgeable and well trained. Management therefore ensures that staff in the various departments gets relevant training and certification to stay ahead of the competition.
Our technically knowledgeable staff enables ACT to secure major retainer contracts requiring special skills. The response time for ACT to act on any call made to our service department in relations to maintenance will be no more than four (6) hours. The customer can expect a representative from ACT to be on site within this time to offer speedy resolution to any problems. More complex problems, which cannot be handled on site, will be brought to ACT’s service department for further diagnosis. Except for the replacement of parts which are not readily available, the customer can expect to have his equipment back in working condition in a day or two.
The ACT Service Centre now operates at its TeleDome Building location, on Old Parham Road behind of Antigua Home & Office Depot. All technology repairs and technical support services are now being performed at this facility.
The Repair Centre serves as the company’s full service repair hub, and operates with the latest, most technically advanced equipment in the industry to deliver optimum service and turnaround time for technology tools and equipment and is now also an HP Authorized Service Center.
